PICKLEBALL PADDLES RULES
Pickleball is a fun and social
sport, but many people struggle with the rules. The two teams alternate
serving by tossing a ball across the net to each other from their side of the
court.
If one team fails to make it
over or under the net, they lose that point and serve again. One of the
most important parts about Pickleball Paddles is remembering which type of
paddle you're using before starting a match!
Pickleball paddles are one of the
most important pieces that you will need to play this game. They are used
for hitting the ball across the net, and they vary in size, shape, weight, and
materials.
So, what is a pickleball
paddle?
A pickleball paddle has an area
at the front called a grip where your hand rests on it when you are holding
it. The back of the paddle is flat but rounded off so that it can be easily
moved around with your fingers without slipping out of place too much. It also
has two side wings or edges that have different shapes depending on which way
up you hold them - these shapes provide good contact points for hitting
shots with power or accuracy.

Ball Can’t Fall Out of Bounds:
Pickleball is a ball and paddle
game with rules that can be somewhat confusing.
One of the most common
questions we get asked about the game is whether or not the ball can fall out
of bounds. The short answer to this question is No, but there are
some exceptions such as if you drop it on your own side, hit it off the netting
or net posts, or if you touch it with your hand when returning from overhand
service.
Pickleball paddles have their own
set of rules too. For example, a pickleball racket cannot exceed 68 inches in
length and 36 inches in width at any point along its edge.
Must-Follow
Proper Serving Regulations:
Pickleball is a relatively new
sport that has taken America by storm. It's an easy-to-learn, fast-paced
game that can be played competitively or for fun with friends and family.
The best part about pickleball is that you don't need any special equipment to
play! All you really need are two paddles, the ball, and the court. One thing to keep in mind when playing
pickleball is proper serving regulations - There are some strict rules on
how many times one player can serve before their opponent gets a turn at
serving! I'll go over these rules so you know what to expect when
playing this awesome game.
During
The Serve:
It's the moment of truth. You're
on your serve and you can't afford to make a mistake.
